The HUMAN-IT initiative addresses the profound transformations reshaping the governance of human capital in response to exponential digital technologies and complex societal challenges. As these disruptions redefine the workplace, employee experience, and global job market, HUMAN-IT seeks to develop a forward-looking, interdisciplinary approach to Human Resource Management (HRM). The Action aims to contribute to EU employment and inclusion policies and support broader societal progress aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 8 and 9).

Project results:

Project focuses on the disruptive integration of digital technologies—particularly artificial intelligence and advanced analytics—into HRM systems, mapping their implications for workforce planning, decisionmaking, and talent management. It also explores the structural changes in organizational forms brought about by technological singularity, investigating shifts in employee experience, well-being, and the evolving nature of work. Project examines the macro-level societal and policy implications of HRM transformation, with the goal of informing evidence-based policymaking and guiding the redesign of job markets.
