Elina Riivari D.Sc. (Econ.), Title of Docent, is University Teacher in Management and Leadership at the University of Jyväskylä Open University, Finland. She draws inspiration from employing diverse teaching and learning methods, both in-class and online, within higher education. She has applied computer games in human resource management (HRM) course for over 10 years and been developing online scenario game for learning HRM. Her research interests include ethics and innovativeness in and around organizations. Her research has been published in high-quality academic journals (e.g., Journal of Business Ethics) and in edited volumes by prestigious publishers (e.g., Routledge).
