Research on policy issue-attention cycles shows that the final outcome of a policy often depends on the extent of media and public attention. High media coverage leads to high public attention and puts pressure on policymakers to urgently address the problem. The main aim of this project is to investigate the attention cycles of six political issues with a high resonance in the Lithuanian media and compare them with each other.
