On Friday, January 24 the Graduation Ceremony of the 97th Graduating Class of Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) will take place at KTU Santaka Valley. 203 bachelors, masters and doctors are receiving their diplomas (degree certificates) this week. Among them are 26 international students.
“Lithuania gave me so many new and beautiful experiences, friends for a lifetime and much more. I got persistent and patient by facing everyday challenges as a university student, which also taught me to live an independent life”, said Kiran Subbarayadu from India, who graduated from master’s in Food Science and Safety last year.
The steadfastness and active attitude paid off: a buckwheat cocktail that Kiran created together with study colleagues brought him a prize in technology and innovation fair Technorama, and later – a New Food Development Technologist job in a Lithuanian company Ekofrisa.
This is just one of many success stories from KTU international graduates. If you are one of them, we believe that this Friday is the start of the exciting adventure which will bring you to incredible places. We hope that your time at KTU will remain one of the best moments of the magnificent journey of your life. Good luck in all your endeavours and remember, that the university is always welcoming its alumni for various cooperation projects.
This Friday’s Ceremony is the first graduation of 2020. The main Graduation Ceremony will take place in June.
